Job Description
This role supports large organization resource planning in the Healthcare sector.The incumbent will be responsible for workforce planning and resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their business strategy and develop an IT manpower strategy (ie. Strategic workforce planning) in achieving long-term sustainability of IT operations.
• Develop presentation materials and engage in stakeholder conversations articulating approach and recommendation.
• Manage, track and support on all resource management matter to PDs and PMs in areas of resource estimation, planning, sourcing, allocation and prioritization processes.
• Perform data analysis and build reports to facilitate various reviews and staffing forecast (eg. project utilization, resource optimization, project/ resource review).
• Facilitate workshops, minutes writing if required.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, HR or any other relevant discipline
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, excellent problem solving skills, good written/ communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills
• A passion to learn new skills, a willingness to share knowledge with others
• Poised and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
