The Early Identification Leadership Program focuses on identifying, mentoring and hiring diverse talent for our summer analyst programs over a two-week period (from March - April). The program provides mentorship, access to virtual learning (includes weekly online trainings), and panel discussions. We are offering our Early ID Leadership Program in 2 key businesses:
  • Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory - Investment Banking (Hong Kong & Singapore)
  • Citi Markets (Hong Kong & Singapore)

Citi's APAC Early ID Leadership Program is a two-week virtual leadership program open to all majors and disciplines. We know you might need some help navigating the opportunities available, so we'll help you match your interests and the core skills you're looking to build.

Your time here will look something like this...

As a participant of this exclusive program, you will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in technical trainings and business specific workshops. During this time you will have a mentor to guide you along the way, you will also have exposure to Senior Management at Citi and the opportunity to create your very first network group with us!

We want to hear from you if...

You are enrolled in Bachelor's / Master's degree, looking for development opportunities in the banking industry and graduating between December 2024 - July 2025 with GPA 3.3/ Second Upper Honor or above.

All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership and interest in the financial services industry.

Please make sure you upload your most recent resume and cover letter before your submit your application as both documents are required to complete your application. Your cover letter will help us to get to know more about you and your interest in our program and Citi.

You will hear from us by early March if you are selected to the program.
