About the team:

The Client Services team covers clients across Asia.
As a Relationship Manager ("RM"), you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of clients

Role and Responsibility:

Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required
Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
Good communicator with various business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
To understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, structure and business vision
To identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional products/services
Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables and review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends
Review risk logs and support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
To carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
To maintain client status, commentary and client updates on internal CRM tools

About You:

Ideally 7+ years related work experience in the financial serviced industry with 2+ years formal people management/ leadership experience
