• Being the coordinator and/or custodian of all of PRIME Asia's marketing and offering materials, including, but not limited to - the Fund's Master Presentation (pitchbook), Offering Memorandum and Supplement, and bespoke diligence materials
• Drafting responses to investor inquiries, including formal RFPs/RFIs, preparing materials for investor events and meetings and coordinating investor requests
• Coordinating the onboarding process of new Fund investors (KYC, AML, Documentation, etc)
• Organizing investor meetings and working with country teams and capital markets teams globally in preparing marketing roadshows for both new and existing Fund investors
• Playing a meaningful role in ongoing investor coverage and relationship building
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of institutional investors throughout the region including investment strategies and objectives, personnel and other stakeholders, protocols and processes;
• Tracking market knowledge and analyzing local competitive manager landscape
• Coordinating with other Morgan Stanley internal sales forces in client related activities where appropriate
• Developing appropriate knowledge base to ensure compliance with country specific marketing and operational requirements and protocols
