The successful applicant would be part of the wealth management operations team reporting to the country head of wealth management and private banking operations to
- Deliver set of business objectives.
- Deliver efficiencies via automation, digitalization and right shoring to achieve desired cost saves.
- Implement a robust operational model across multiple offshore locations.
- Ensure the operation efficiency objectives are met.
- Improve people, processes and systems.
- Build and maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery from the operations team.
- Excellence in complaint and enquiries management.
- Implement effective controls with risk management in mind.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and audit recommendations.
- 1+ years working experience in securities within banking industry.
- A broad knowledge of banking operation and banking practice.
- Ability to handle a variety of fast changing situations in terms of work pressure and clients' requirement.
- Strong inter-personal and management skills.
- Analytical and procedural systems skills regarding procedural changes required to adapt to the dynamic market conditions.
- Experience in various securities knowledge.
- Experience in securities processing functions.
- Microsoft Office.
