This premier global private bank is committed to invest for growth in the region. It is looking to hire a capable Head of Risk (Credit).

Responsibilities

Reporting to CEO, you will be a key member of the management team. You will develop and maintain risk management framework, policies and programs relating to private banking business. You will provide guidance, awareness and recommendations to the management team and business heads on risk strategy and execution. You will manage Singapore and regional credit risk portfolio in collaboration with the local teams, supervise credit risk monitoring and related reporting to global HQ. You will assist credit structuring team and the business on related credit risk matters. You will participate in local and head office risk committees and provide advice on risk strategy.

Requirements

You will possess significant years of risk management (credit and market risk) experience gained in private banking environment. As a strong leader and people manager, you possess the ability to build a positive and trusting relationship with senior management, business stakeholders and regulator. You are highly credible and approach situations with high integrity and good purpose.
