L1/L2, Applications & Engineering Support (Equities, FX), Investment Management

• Min. 5 years of L1/L2 Front Office Applications Support experience, preferably from leading or major banks/investment firms/ Technology firms
• Min. 3 years of exposure to financial services (Equities, FX, commodities or any other type of asset class)

As the L1/L2, Applications Engineering Support for Investment Banking, you will be responsible for providing L1 and L2 support for Front Office staff (Analysts, Traders, and Business teams) to quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise and ensure the continuity of the business, your primary support focus will be on equities based software suite for managing positions, risk, research, and P&L, working in all aspects of user/strategy application support for equities-based teams, including assist in the deployment, checkout, and QA testing of applications plus involving in the training and marketing of applications as appropriate.

You will be working closely with Front Office staff to gather business requirements and liaise with various IT teams to ensure delivery of functionality, plus back-office teams to remedy issues related to security setups, trade booking, corporate actions, price breaks, and bookkeeping entries, including participating in SOD/intraday health checks, monitoring of the platform, and incident creation and remediation, including providing a central line of communication for investment professionals and developers staff for issues, escalation, and remediation

This will be an opportunity to work together with elite team in building best finance applications that allow investment professionals to analyze securities, conduct research, and execute trades.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

- Min. 5 years of L1/L2 Front Office Applications Support experience, preferably from leading or major banks/investment firms/ Technology firms

- Min. 3 years of exposure to financial services (Equities, FX, commodities or any other type of asset class)

Must have:

- L1/L2 Applications Support experience

- Exposure to financial services (Equities, FX, commodities or any other type of asset class)

- High level of personal integrity and strong work ethic

- Ability to work in a global environment with team members located in various regions
