Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Product Owners of key T&M sales applications by:
- Successfully completing and rolling out T&M chat platform (Instamarkets)
- Working with T&M digital team to continue to integrate sales applications on the T&M Workbench (Digimarkets)
- Managing CSFA application while working with Sales Support team in the COO office - Support Business and Tech leads of T&M Sales Platform by:
- Working with the platform team to manage governance of platform KPIs, budgets and processes
- Facilitating innovation initiatives in the platform
- Continuing to drive adoption of the Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) in the platform - Support T&M Sales management as part of the business management team by:
- Supporting sales management MIS
- Preparing communication and presentation material for Group T&M Sales Head
- Facilitating day-to-day management activities for Group T&M Sales Head on sales conferences, business reviews, HR matters, regular sales calls, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of management consulting or business management experience preferred
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with variety of stakeholders across both T&M and IBG, front to back office and technology
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and dive into details, both in T&M and technology-related domains
- Ability to manage key initiatives independently with clear deliverables and timelines
- Ability to communicate clearly in a concise and structured manner in both verbal and written forms, including building a deck with a coherent storyline
