Systems Analyst

The client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Techno Functional Business Analyst/Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Techno Functional Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage the delivery of front-of-house systems such as eCommerce and Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications and change requests
• Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and validation
• Design and manage the delivery of Restful API solutions for front-of-house systems
• Provide day-to-day support, configuration, administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of front-of-house systems
• Ensure the relevance of systems, processes, and documentation are kept up to date
• Occasionally provide support outside of office hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required
• Any other IT-related tasks assigned by Supervisor
• Knowledge of Cloud-based Technologies and Services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience as a Techno Functional Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and validation
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering, writing detail business and functional requirements, scope agreements, business process descriptions, and training end-users
• Working knowledge of documents, organizing meetings, and writing meeting minutes
• Ability to communicate effectively with key business stakeholders, internal and external parties.
