In Asia Citi Global Wealth, combines the Citi Private Bank and the Consumer Wealth organization, including the International Personal Bank, into a single platform to serve our clients.

  • Configure campaigns based within existing MarTech stack including but not limited to traits, segments and destination setup in Adobe Audience Manager, A/B test configuration within Adobe Target, deep linking configuration within AppsFlyer. As the subject matter in the tools, ensure most optimal configuration, enable governance within the tools (naming conventions, hierarchy of campaigns etc.), troubleshoot and resolve complex campaign cases
  • Ensure compliances with procedure issued against the tools (AAM, AT, AppsFlyer procedures), release, maintain, and update JIRA forms and approval flow for campaign requisition
  • Develop and execute training program to educated marketers on the available capabilities, including mut not limited to Adobe training and certification program, MarTech day
  • Leverage digital analytics to identify patterns, insights, and trends across web and mobile journeys. Based on gathered data, come up with hypothesis, which can lead to sales growth. Proactively suggests markets on the tools they should be using to enable campaign efficiency (e.g targeted campaign with Adobe Audience Manager versus untargeted campaign, optimization lf the landing page leveraging Adobe Target versus no optimization on the page, deeplinking and campaign tracking using AppsFlyer versus no deeplinking or tracking)

  • Hands on experience in using and setting up campaigns within Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, AppsFlyer
  • Adobe Analytics Business practitioner certification is preferred
  • Digital analytics and Test & Learn background.
  • Familiar with Tableau, Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze available information, make reasonable assumptions, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills
  • Be comfortable with getting into and working on detailed plans to drive speed of execution while staying focused on quality and sustenance of output
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
