We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, AML/ KYC/ Prevention to join our Operations Utilities team. This role is located in Singapore.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Prepares in-depth, detailed risk profiles for complex clients and resolves sanctions, adverse media and politically exposed person name screening notifications as part of the KYC Center of Excellence Screening team.
  • Directs daily work of team to ensure adherence to the Global AML Screening Policy. Gathers additional information from independent research, online tools or directly from the relationship manager or client in order to decipher true matches and false positive from AML Name Screening engine.
  • Performs due diligence to ensure accuracy of information. Uses strong communication skills to engage in challenging conversations with internal stakeholders and complex external clients in order to support an accurate data-gathering process and resolve any open issues.
  • Provides constant feedback to staff and Line of Business partners on a variety of profiles that have been flagged and escalated for additional review through real time screening scans or escalated OFAC Sanctions alerts received on transactional reviews.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced KYC Center of Excellence staff. Allocates work appropriately, as needed. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Helps develop team objectives and drive weekly, monthly and annual team goals.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5+ years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud or law preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
