Job Responsibilities
Our team is building a strategic cross-asset Risk and PNL calculation and aggregation system utilized across the Fixed Income business. The platform covers pre-trade analysis, quoting, risk and attribution calculations, scenario analysis and many other front office functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across business lines offering solutions to a wide array of users in IT, strategies, trading, model control and more. The system is written primarily in Scala with heavy interaction with C++ analytics libraries and is based on a graph programming paradigm. We are looking for a proficient developer who is excited about innovation, with a proven track record of delivery.
Roles and responsibilities include:
-Develop scalable, optimized components for cross-asset risk computation
-Assist in design and valuation of financial assets
-Design widely used and flexible APIs to our core data and functionality
-Analyze and optimize performance of large grid-based workloads using new technology like machine learning and data science
-Provide support and design advice to new teams joining the platform
-Communicating with strategists and other stakeholders
