Your role will involve:
Planning and executing tests: You will be responsible for creating and implementing test plans and test cases to ensure that all software features are thoroughly tested and meet the specified requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience in software testing, particularly in the financial services industry. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all software applications meet the required quality standards. - Collaborating with squad: You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to develop test strategies, stories and test plans
- Quality control: You will be responsible for enforcing quality control standards and ensuring that all software applications meet the required quality standards.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for documenting test results, writing reports, and creating user manuals and training materials to ensure that users can easily understand and use the software applications.
- Continuous improvement: You will continually evaluate testing processes and methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality of the software applications. You will also support change processes into production, including post-release testing and support and training stakeholders
- Test automation: You will use automated testing tools to develop test scripts and run automated tests to ensure that software applications meet the required standards.
