Responsibilities
- Managing corporate roadshow, analyst marketing and expert speaker event.
- Work independently to organize corporate roadshow, analyst marketing and expert event virtually and/or physically while communicating with external and internal counterparts from the planning to the execution.
- Arrange roadshow and marketing logistics (e.g. ground transportation, hotel, lunch & dinner and any ad-hoc request.)
- Handle virtual meeting (mainly on ZOOM and WebEx platform) including setting up of the platform, test call with corporates/speakers and facilitating the call as a moderator.
- Touch base with investor clients to arrange and prepare for their corporate meetings.
- Primarily for Asia ex-Japan products
- Conference, tour, thematic event and bespoke coordination (virtual and/or physical events)
- Support the process of corporate invitation and confirmation.
- Support 1-on-1 meeting scheduling for conferences
- Manage conference website, online registration system and virtual meeting platform.
- Onsite logistics support and housekeeping duty.
- Arrange bespoke meetings for investor clients to see and/or visit companies and experts in the region.
- GM client events - marketing and execution
- Help GM (Fixed Income / Equities) client events and drive its execution. (e.g. MacroBrew, industry events, sports events and client entertainment such as lunch, dinner & cocktail)
- Support GM sales to involve in corporate access events
- Help GM research marketing virtually and/or physically
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Access, or in banking industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality industry can be considered.
- Team player with self-starter, proactive, positive and learning attitude.
- Able to handle multi-task in a fast paced environment while work long hours before/during large scale events.
