This is a 12 months Direct Contract role
Role Responsibilities
  • TCG, PvBops (Trade Control Group) core function resolves around monitoring of Margin Trading; Client Trading Limit and CMPS (Capital Markets Products & Solutions) trading position.
  • Product coverage includes FX and OTC Derivatives - FX Options, AQDQ. NDF and TRF.
Perform day-to-day operations:
  • Prepare and validate cancelled FX deals.
  • Validate OTC Derivatives Trades.
  • Daily rates upload.
  • Perform intersystem Trade and cash reconciliations.
  • Adhere to all required controls and procedures as details in DOI (Desk Operating Instructions).
  • Ensure proper and timely escalation to stakeholders, line manager.
  • Provide support on SG Public holiday.
Client Fund transfer and Limit update
  • Small value FX position sell down.
  • End of Day Net Open Position reporting.
  • Fixed Income Securities and Structure Notes Settlement date check.
Key stakeholders
  • CMPS Dealers, GRU (Global Reconciliation Unit), Client Service Managers, Ops Wealth Management COO
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 1+ years of experience in FX Options and OTC Derivatives in Banking Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to do data analysis
  • Lateral thinker who is a strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under constant pressure to tight deadlines and deliver high quality output
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
