Full Stack Software Engineer (Python/Quant/ Model Analysis), Investment Management

• min. 4 years & above of full-stack Software Engineering experience with some Data engineering background
• Fluent in Python and/or using multiple programming languages
• Experience with complex, multi-site, systems architectures, with exposure to commodity markets

As the Full Stack Software Engineer (Python/Quant/Model Analysis), you will be responsible for understanding business challenges and driving technical/quantitative solutions, working with large data sets and building data analytics trading tools, integrating data and insights into models and investment processes, looking at structure scalable, maintainable solutions, improving model frameworks and performance.

You will also be driving enhancements that help maintain competitive advantage, partnering directly with Front office business like trading, research and data teams to develop core analytics and deliver key initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in fundamental research, proprietary analytical methodologies, and quantitative analysis with strong focus on understanding each market trades, with the ability to generate supply and demand balances for each trading products.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

- min. 4 years & above of full stack development experience with Data engineering experience/ knowledge

Must have:

- Fluent in Python and/or using multiple programming languages

- Experience with complex, multi-site, systems architectures, strong unix operating system knowledge and exposure to a variety of database technologies

Good to have:

- Exposure to commodity markets
