JOB PURPOSE

Being in the International & Institutional Client Servicing team, you will render on-going high standard of servicing to mainly institutional clients. This candidate needs to work closely with the various departments internally i.e. from Sales team, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Investment Compliance and the different units within Operations Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary contact of institutional clients for day to day servicing
  • Proactively manage, co-ordinate and oversee all activities affecting the client's portfolio. This will include both the investment and operational aspects of the portfolio
  • Participate in regular service review including face-to-face activities as required
  • Generate and prepare regular reports based on client's requirements
  • Manage client on-/off boarding and accounts related accordingly to internal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to cross sell firm's products and services
  • Able to present and articulate portfolio's performance clearly and effectively and handle queries and requests promptly
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as FATCA, CRS and ongoing AML and KYC


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder or above from recognized university
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience servicing institutional clients preferably in the asset management industry
  • Demonstrate maturity and confidence, with strong customer service orientation, adaptability and resilience in managing different situations and diverse personalities
  • Meticulous and detailed-orientated
  • Able to work independently , multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Possesses CMFAS Module 5/8/8A or willing to take
  • Willing to work outside of normal working hours as required due to business needs
  • Good knowledge of financial products
  • Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and can easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Resourceful, shows initiative and demonstrates a positive learning attitude
