We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Delivery Lead - HSBC Life.

Principal Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines
• Delegate tasks to project managers
• Oversee the design, testing, and deployment processes
• Intervene when development is behind schedule
• Ensure the process meets labor and quality standards

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a computer or business field
• Project management experience
• Consulting experience (preferred)
• Strong computer and software development skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with both the Waterfall and Agile development models
