CashEnable is a revolutionary Venture that accelerates cash by providing a quote-to-cash solution and taking the 'Terms of Payment' out of a trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the partnership strategy including partner identification, prioritisation and engagements to support client acquisition, market expansion and business performance (revenue and cost optimisation).
- Support the development of partnership commercial models.
- Lead initiatives to scale through strategic partnerships/M&A.
- Oversee programs and projects with strategic partners.
- Own forecasts and track strategic partnership metrics.
- Support partners in markets, capitalizing on assets and capabilities.
- Build a narrative on strategic investment opportunities, as well as on emerging market trends in industry by developing a deep understanding of the client needs, platform capabilities, adoption / conversion rates, competitive landscape & GTM strategy.
- Lead development of competitor assessment and market intelligence.
- Leverage on market/customer research, trends, competitor analysis to identify intra and inter growth opportunities and increase potential business revenue.
- Apply analytical, statistical, and operational research knowledge to transform data into insights to influence decision-making on acquisition, conversion, pricing and monetisation.
- Develop client behaviour and sales analytics to draw recommendations that drive client sales, activation and loyalty.
- Work with stakeholders in market to represent the company.
- 5 years experience in the area of Client relationship management
- Highly self-motivated and good understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on key deliverables, executing small work packages in a fast and entrepreneurial way.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills to manage senior level internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, analytical and documentation skills.
- Exceptional team player and proven ability to work cross-functionally as the success of this role will be dependent on working closely with other teams across the company.
- The ability to work independently with low levels of direct supervision, with the ability to lead virtual teams.
- Positive and self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and a real passion for making things happen.
- Curiosity to learn and develop.
- Intimate knowledge in general global banking, trade products. services and payment solutions.
