Our role as the Ecosystems team is to embed our products and solutions into our partners, to disappear into our customer's ecosystems, to disappear into our customers' platforms - to allow our customers to buy, sell, do business, while we take care of their banking experiences - behind the scenes and end-to-end.

IBG Ecosystems comprises Platform-led and Anchor-led growth engines powered by Analytics & Business Insights to rapidly scale and enabled through the way we work (MtJ). This role will focus primarily on the ATE journeys of both Anchors and Spokes, to drive growth by ensuring timely implementation of Anchor-led ecosystem opportunities in our target industries/ sectors in Singapore.


As a SCF champion and accountable for SG Ecosystems' KPIs
  • Achieve budgets and KPIs as set with key focus on revenue, asset growth, onboard substantial/ meaningfully sized B2S programs, and drive utilisation.
  • To be an effective SCF champion, taking a strategic lead in market environmental screening and research of latest trends across industries to scope for Anchor program leads, engaging and providing guidance and support to in-country teams in key markets to achieve SCF budgets and replicate SCF use cases across multiple Anchors.
  • Establishing industry and market best practices end-to-end and application of programs.
  • Connect the different parts of the Bank and exploit network connectivity to ensure progress and end-to-end execution of Anchor program implementation and Spokes onboarding.
Anchor and Spoke Acquisition
  • Program Implementation:
    • Close collaboration with RMs and GTS Sales/Treasury & Working Capital Advisory and Solutioning team.
    • Familiarity with the design and customisation of standard SCF solutions by understanding the Anchor's JTBD; provide support in structuring and solutioning to ensure successful implementation and replication of customised solutions.
    • Co-ordination with RM and credit for obtaining program approvals.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the completion of documentation, including legal opinion where relevant.
    • Co-ordinate with GTS Implementation team for iOAT/digital connectivity set-up to ensure successful disbursements.
  • Proactive engagement with Anchors to successfully implement mandated SCF solution, ensure continued generation of spokes lead and support for fast-track onboarding.
  • Advisory to Spokes to successfully market the SPS solution and encourage onboarding onto program; active contribution to supplier roadshows including but not limited to organisation, marketing collateral preparation, delivery of presentation.
Anchor and Spoke Transact, Engage
  • Proactive engagement with Anchors to deepen Anchor relationship and maximise impact and growth of DBS' wallet share of the Anchor's ecosystem beyond the 1st use case (i.e., SCF solution).
  • Strategic overview of Anchor and Spoke portfolio - track program utilisation; proactive engagement with Anchors and Spokes to drive and optimise utilization, manage overdues (if any) and identify new Anchor leads.
  • Regular program reviews the Anchor RM, Anchor, SME RM and Spokes; monitor momentum and progress, escalate issues for resolution to drive maximum traction.
  • Close collaboration with SME team to expand the Bank's SME franchise by scaling-up spokes acquisition as well SME's drive to convert and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with RM Coverage, Channels, Product and Technology teams to drive the successful execution and implementation of IBG Ecosystems strategy.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance and demonstrated success in client management role covering large multi-national/Asian corporates.
  • Open-minded but anchored with professional integrity.
  • Outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful individual with strong initiatives and a positive attitude.
  • Team player possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to meet business targets and collaborate well with internal/ external stakeholders.
