Leveraging on financial information, analysis and insights to help drive desired outcomes, your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, such as implementation of dashboards (eg. Power BI, Qlikview).
- Provide required MIS support during budget exercise and undertake ad-hoc projects relating to financial data.
- Support on all aspects of financial planning and analysis, variance analysis and reporting for Operations & Technology.
- Perform scenario analysis to provide support on cost management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in IT, Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline.
- Detail oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately and on a timely basis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced MS-Excel skills and experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI will be advantageous.
- An independent, self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
- At least 5 years' of relevant experience in management reporting or work in analytical roles in the financial industry would be advantageous.
