  • Drive and facilitate the Quarterly Business Risk Review with senior stakeholders highlighting key risk and control issues and trends.
  • Design, maintain and effectively communicate operational risk documents (which include mandate, policies, standards and process maps) within the unit.
  • Ensure proper implementation and compliance to these operational risk policies/standards. Escalate significant issues to unit management.
  • Drive solutioning for the automation and digitalisation in Risk Control monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Review and work with business & support units to improve processes/systems to support the products/business requirements in sales, trading, new product as well as operational risks areas.
  • Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with 10 years working experience preferably in treasury environment.
  • Good understanding of treasury products and the operational risks in the treasury environment.
  • Direct experience and knowledge of Global Markets businesses in any of the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations & Risk is desirable.
  • Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
  • Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact effectively with people at different levels.
  • Sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
