The ideal candidate will have a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
You should have a sound working knowledge of private equity real estate fund management, investments, and capital raising processes, as well as strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Additionally, you should have sharp analytical and presentation skills, with experience in financial modeling and the development of pitch books and review of fund documentation.
This role will support the business development and capital raising team which includes reparation of marketing materials, addressing capital partners' due diligence questions, organising meetings and road shows, supporting negotiations and preparation of fund documentation
If you're a self-starter with experience in real estate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to do investor reporting and develop presentation materials, we encourage you to apply.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, strong academic achievements are welcome as well.
