We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Service Manager - Wholesale Banking - Commercial Banking.

Principal Responsibilities
  • The Wholesale Client Services (WCS) team is responsible for managing the execution of client related service events through the full life-cycle of a client's relationship with HSBC Singapore, for both Global Banking and Commercial Banking lines of business
  • The Relationship Service Manager (RSM) is responsible for the proactive management of credit and operational services for an assigned portfolio of Global Banking clients to ensure a high quality of service is delivered at all times
  • The Relationship Service Manager will support the Global Banking Relationship Manager in Credit Applications, Credit Monitoring and Maintenance, and ad hoc General Servicing and Query Management. This includes the collation of information from various sources to enable the Relationship Manager to seek approval for new facilities, perform facilities reviews/adjustments, and consider unauthorized over-limit exceptions
  • The WCS Relationship Service Manager provides value to the Bank by minimizing credit, operational, and reputational risks
Requirements

Requirements
  • Relevant work experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution (bank or non-bank)
  • Relevant credit application and credit monitoring experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent client servicing skills (minimum 2 years of service in a client facing role)
  • Results focused and an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Effective communicator who can build strong relationships with RMs, RM Associates, and clients, and provide transparency for the supported activity
