Head of Global Debt Fund - Investments

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive credit investment strategy for the Global Debt Fund, including identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and monitoring existing investments
• Manage and lead the fundraising process for the Global Debt Fund, including building and maintaining relationships with investors, preparing marketing materials, and managing due diligence
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with investment teams and other internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and investor sentiment, and provide insights to senior leadership
• Manage and mentor the credit investment team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in credit investment, with a focus on managing a diversified portfolio of credit investments globally
• Proven track record of raising large amounts of capital from investors globally
• Strong understanding of the credit investment industry and investment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on comprehensive credit investment plans
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
• Location is flexible: Singapore or London
