Job Purpose:
As the Regional Ecosystems Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you are embedded with the Ecosystem business teams to deliver actionable marketing strategy and engagement opportunities to deliver with ecosystem partners. You will play an important role to drive an embedded marketing strategy by uncovering marketing potential and partnership opportunities, to meet business objectives of acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, brand awareness and affinity for DBS.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-create and own the marketing strategy together with the IBG Ecosystems Business Unit;
  • Design and orchestrate with platforms' marketing team to go beyond just awareness to becoming truly "embedded" with the partner (anchor/platform)
  • Internalise the marketing campaigns and awareness strategy to drive awareness with RMs and Sales (including developing RM toolkits, pitch books)
  • Participate and contribute to negotiations with Platforms in regards to marketing outcomes
  • Engineer DBS led events such as workshops, expo, roundtables, roadshows, seminars for target industries and segments to drive the ecosystem agenda.
  • Curate a targeted set of events in key industries relevant to IBG ecosystem agenda for DBS to showcase, market and acquire leads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful customer value proposition by leveraging ecosystem partnerships, marketplace platforms and data infrastructure, distribution network
  • Define customer tags to sharpen nudges and contextual marketing across IBG ecosystem markets and product journeys
  • Lead & recommend experiments with ecosystem partners and execute initiatives to drive awareness & activation, leading to cross-sell & upsell of IBG products and services
  • Build up marketing/branding/visibility for DBS, as a partner to various ecosystem approaches (Platforms & Anchors)
  • Day-to-day stakeholder management to drive commercialisation of our portfolio of digital solutions and products such as - cash management services, trade finance, treasury, foreign exchange, bancassurance (but not limited to)
  • Partner closely with business and relationship managers to identify ecosystem opportunities, communication & positioning strategy to support their revenue targets
  • Co-develop launch and/or engagement plans with ecosystem partners
  • Develop and drive content engagement for universe of ecosystem players - from awareness, activation to conversion
  • Have an omnichannel execution plan to include - ATL, BTL and PR in partnership with our Group Strategic Marketing Communications team
  • Develop and replicate best practices across key markets
  • Co-ordinate a consolidated marketing and partnership approach across all markets.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years in banking, financial services, consumer technology, or related industries
  • Strong business leader with demonstrated success in sales, business development and/or partnership development, track record of delivering impactful results through partners
  • Impeccable business acumen, proven ability to drive strategic partnership deals from initiation to completion
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive partnership development, program success and KPIs
  • Experience in working with various martech & marketing optimisation tools for Customer Relationship Management, Search Engine Optimisation, Online/Social Media Marketing, Leads management, Content Creation etc.
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action
  • Strong communication skills, ability to speak tech and business when needed
  • Data-driven individual with keen interest in analytics of the customer end-to-end journey
