Support the Head of Data Management with the impact assessment, solution design and implementation of the Data Management Standards across FM, with a particular focus on data sovereignty.

This role is positioned within the FM Data Management team, part of FM COO, and aims to drive the required change and implementation across FM. The nature and purposes of the projects may vary across regulatory, cost efficiency and operational efficiency domains.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master and champion, the implementation of the Data Management standards to ensure the smooth delivery of Data Privacy, Data Sovereignty and Records Management Book of Work (BoW) for FM in each of the identified geographies
  • Liaise with the Risk Framework and Standards Owner from the 2nd line to obtain requisite clarification to operationalize the standards for FM
  • Work with the relevant stakeholders to simplify and templatise the Group standards and accompanying Country Addenda / Schedules as much as possible to facilitate operationalization of the standards within FM
  • Drive completion of key milestones for FM in accordance with the Risk Remediation Plan / Risk Treatment Plans as appropriate.
  • Coordinate reviews and sign-off with GPOs (Group Process Owner Support) for all key artefacts & tools in relation to Data Management work
  • Lead the relevant Business Analyst (BA) Squads / Teams to ensure the timely completion of all tasks including but not limited to data discovery, designing Target Operating Model, Business Impact Assessment and implementation of centrally defined tools / enablers
  • Facilitate cross-collaboration and development of synergies between BA squads wherever possible
  • Act as the conduit between all the BA Squads to ensure consistency in the delivery approach & artefacts and in alignment to the Standards
  • Effectively engage senior business stakeholders across geographies
  • Build strong and effective relationships with programme and business counterparts to facilitate timely and quality delivery of the assigned BoW
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min. 5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Stakeholder and change management experience
  • Prior experience working with large-scale, regional and global projects
  • Experience with data standard process analysis, policy analysis and data sovereignty
  • Able to think critically and identify problems
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; good team spirit. Able to influence to drive work using informal pathways.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to tailor messages for highest impact depending on audience (technical vs business) and seniority
