Head of Data Strategy

Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for:

Developing the firm's data strategy and execution model
Develop and align data initiatives across the group with the data strategy and framework by partnering with business and corporate functions

The role will cover the following areas:

Job Requirements:

Candidates that have experience working with a top tier consultancy/ or with global financial services firms in the data strategy/ transformation space at a senior level managing global stakeholders will do well in this role.
A minimum of 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Data Strategy and / or Data Management
A strong understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles, and one or more of industry-standard Data Management methodologies and capability models
Consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy, or a similar internal change / transformation role within a leading Financial Services organisation
A background in Financial Services (e.g. banking, insurance, investment management)
Experience leading small projects and teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong experience and comfort working autonomously and in team environments
