The Credit Portfolio Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the guiding a team to monitor the Citi portfolio through comprehensive stress testing for the various credit products. The role sits within country risk management, the overall objective of this role is to lead the management of local and global stress testing requirements. i.e CCAR, ICAAP, IWST.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with Citibank credit policies/practices, regulatory policies and prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes, keeping proper change and approval logs with regards to stress tests
- Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies relating to stress tests through dissecting issues and making recommendations
- Responsible for reviewing stress test outputs and account for the trends and results relating to the respective portfolios. To be able to present the overall results to the management.
- Conduct analyses related to related stress test models , ensuring that the models stay relevant to the portfolio and perform as expected.
- To work with global stakeholders on model management relating to stress tests, new model development, ongoing model monitoring, limitation and overlay management.
- To provide guidance to junior team members working on the stress tests.
- 6-10 years of experience with analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, SPSS)
- Experience with econometric and statistical modeling or application risk scoring
- Experience in big data with knowledge of probabilities/distributions, building decision trees and regression models
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven ability to derive patterns, trends and insights, perform risk/reward trade-off analyses and connect these analytics to business impacts
- Demonstrated quantitative, presentation and analytic skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
