Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to be responsible for the ongoing credit and administrative processes of a portfolio of Project Finance transactions. This includes active portfolio management, liaising with internal departments to manage ad-hoc administrative processes, completion of periodic portfolio monitoring, preparation of periodic credit submissions (regular and ad-hoc monitoring as well as consent and waiver requests), and preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports to Head Office. The position will also support the activities of the Marketing Teams.

- Demonstrate understanding of workflow and delivery within agreed timeframes
- Timely reporting and consultation with other team members and early escalation to Team Head in relation to issues
Compliance and Internal Processes
- Conforming to internal processes and compliance aspects.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field
- Minimum 5-10 years' credit risk experience within Structured Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit Risk environment, ideally with a Bank or Financial Institution
- Experience of working in a financial services organisation
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements
- Strong understanding of banking practices and processes associated with credit control and related administration
- Strong financial analysis and credit skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Financial Modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a focus on ability to manage multiple projects and meet agreed timeframes
- Strong influencing skills both in writing through presenting a persuasive argument and verbally when handling objections
- Ability to condense complex issues into a readable format in report writing or through other communications
