Responsibilities
As an FI Credit Officer, you will be responsible for active risk management of a range of accounts to support the banks financial institutions business. You will structure credit facilities to mitigate credit risks across both derivatives and other treasury products, as well as recommending ratings and write up thorough credit proposals. If required, you will recommend changes to the risk acceptance criteria. Furthermore, the incumbent will assist in the development of risk management standards, procedures and processes, as well as ensuring that new transactions and credit renewals are in line with credit policies. Due to the nature of the role, you must be kept up to date in economic developments and be able to negotiate credit terms such as ISSA and GMRA.
Requirements
You will be a degree educated professional who has minimum 15+ years of relevant Credit Risk experience working at either an international or regional bank. You must have the appropriate Financial Institution/NBFI credit knowledge and be well versed across ISDA/CSA and GMRA.
