Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist as part of CIB APAC team based in Singapore Branch. Lean more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojob.com.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a lead change manager for the APAC region, supporting the International CLM Director and their team in the design and implementation of a future state client lifecycle service to the International CIB business
  • Act as a point of escalation and representation for the region, working closely with local stakeholders to crystalise issues and engage global partners on solutions
  • Support the definition of "current-state" operations and development of the roadmap for the "target-state" Client Lifecycle operating model for APAC
  • Lead short, tactical projects to assess, define and integrate or begin new activities for the function, such as onboarding optimisation or CDD lifecycle planning
  • Engage with the CIB Business community at all levels to build buy-in, collaboration and deliver on key initiatives for the region
  • Align to and integrate with global change programmes in order to leverage capabilities being deployed at a Wholesale level
  • Provide SME input to the design and delivery of CLM Onboarding Optimisation technology
  • Delivery of business benefits as outlined as part of the client lifecycle portfolio
  • Definition of operational metrics to demonstrate adherence to the defined service levels
Required Qualifications:
  • Operational Business Analyst with a significant change experience related to the client lifecycle environment.
  • Experience in Onboarding CIB Markets(preferred) and/or Banking products or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • KYC - AML BSA experience
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to develop the client lifecycle service offering.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise within the client lifecycle environment or closely related roles (client data/account management/client workflow management)
  • Ideally with experience of establishing a data driven workflow to support the operational service environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Senior analyst / manager with working knowledge of CLM or a good understanding of current state approaches to CLM at Wells Fargo through relevant roles (Middle Office, KYC, Banking, Financial Crime Risk Management, Business Management)
  • Strong understanding of the Wells Fargo CIB Banking relationship model(s), complex client structures and the various types of potential associated risks
  • Ability to manage governance-related activities (Forums, reporting)
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex matters effectively
  • Experience of using data and MI to assess performance and inform business direction
  • Experience of managing, coaching and developing other staff
  • Ability to proactively collaborate, facilitate and recognise the achievements of others
