We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our team. This role will involve supporting and managing the delivery of FM Ops Efficiency Programme consisting of several technology workstreams.

The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager having a proven track record of +3 years consulting in a similar industry and will possess excellent problem-solving skills in delivering complex project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with workstreams POs and delivery leads as necessary to deliver high quality presentations for TTO and CCIB forums report
  • Produce monthly project refinement forum reports by consolidating workstreams achievements, impediments and benefit realization status etc., meeting facilitation and meeting minutes creation/distribution.
  • Work closely with workstream POs and delivery leads to ensure the risks, issues and dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated to stakeholders timely.
  • Develop and maintain the project scorecard including financials, hiring progress and milestones achievement progress etc.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules and resources to stakeholders.
  • Email newsletter preparation and distribution to ensure the project progress is communicated with relevant stakeholders properly.
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Clarity data governance to ensure the project data in Clarity is in line with the framework requirement
  • Identity and recommend process improvement to increase portfolio efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support to programme manager and chief product owner for ad hoc requirements


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or related field, with experience in managing multiple projects and large scale programs
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Confident, proactive and responsible
  • Tactfully communicate sensitive information
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
