Overview of the Team
The increasing reliance of businesses on technology means that cybersecurity and technology risk management is a strategically important function within Temasek. The implementation of an effective and comprehensive cybersecurity defence plan and strategy will enable Temasek to be better prepared for these risks and evolving cybersecurity threats. The Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports the Cybersecurity team with two areas of focus, programme governance, risks monitoring and reporting & financials and outreach & change.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role will be working in the Cybersecurity Department and reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The right individual has a strong record of delivering results through outstanding performance, effective communication skills. They will have excellent project and security risk management skills and experience managing complex programs in large enterprises and preferably cyber/ICT organizations.

- Management and tracking of all Cyber Program procurement, budget preparation and execution (including cyber work streams and new cyber initiatives)
- Maintain and track security risk register, remediation plans, and risk acceptance
- Organise and drive weekly and monthly forums and committee meetings to meet desired security outcomes of the enterprise
- Establish and maintain a cyber repository to ensure the documentation and regular updates of cyber policies, standards, strategy, and architecture as well as cyber best practices
- Support the CISO office in performance and security risks metrics, monitoring and reporting (including third party risks) to senior management and board
- Monitor and track cyber investment due diligence execution and reporting, including carrying out engagement sessions with investment companies (where required)
- Carry out close coordination and engagement across cyber department, business units and technology department in the execution of Cyber Programmes
- Ensure programme checklists are implemented and met, with proper handover
- Administer and enable the conduct of internal and external audit including provision of required documents and artefacts and coordination of responses to auditors
- Support Cyber programme management, pre and post programme operational requirements. Support onboarding of ecosystem partners
- Support engagement and organization of regular cyber forums with TPCs and ecosystem.
- Support department for horizontal/vertical reporting requirements
- Support deployment and monitoring of proof-of-concepts (POC) to test new cyber solutions and technology
Base Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager delivering tech initiatives preferably cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience working with broad groups of stakeholders including senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress against goals to senior leadership
- PMO related qualifications (eg. APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
