Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the finance, accounting and valuations aspects of deal support and ongoing monitoring of the investment structure and valuations across the Asia private market. Provide financial and operational inputs on; the structures, and funding mechanics and assess other accounting/valuations implications and manage various work streams with both internal and external stakeholders.
As a central position in the APAC region, the role is highly visible and will develop tools, enhance reporting capabilities, and support the decision-makers in shaping the financial strategy of the region. Lead initiatives to design, transform and innovate planning, reporting and analysis processes to remain as thought leaders. Presentations to senior management across the globe and with APAC

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience within either Real Estate with at least 3 years in a public accounting firm doing Audit or Transaction Advisory
- Good understanding of deal-closing mechanics
- Solid and sound knowledge of accounting and financial principles, CPA/ CA/CGMA qualified
- Excellent commercial and business acumen
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, able to engage higher-level stakeholders
