Associate, Investment Services (Operational Stewards - Trade Support) (8384)

Responsibilities :

Administer Fund investments such as processing and keeping records of fund capital calls and distributions in a timely manner
Assist in fee validation and facilitating fee analysis and insights
Assist in management of relationship with fund administrators and other external parties
Assist in keeping track of fund administration best practices, identify trends in industry and developments
Contribute to continuous enhancement of work processes
Ensure services delivered are performed under the best conditions of efficiency and productivity
Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives (such as participate in testing and roll out of system functionalities) as assigned

Requirements :

Good degree in Business, Banking and Finance preferred
Familiar with Private Equity industry with fund administration experience, particularly for Private Equity funds, preferred
Good understanding and exposure to other asset classes will be an added advantage
Quick learner who has high adaptability and is comfortable under tight deadlines and time pressure
A meticulous team player with initiative who can work well independently
Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
