The Digital Acquisition Manager is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of the Credit Cards digital acquisition and onboarding journey, planning and strategies within the Product Management team. He or she will be responsible in the design, planning and execution for the end to end onboarding flows and management of the e-wallets portfolio

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations for the related acquisition and onboarding flows & processes for credit cards
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop, resolve and deliver the business issues related to technology enhancements pertaining to Credit Cards acquisition and onboarding flows & processes.
  • Stakeholders management is required across teams (both country & regional)
  • Participate in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations under the Credit Cards digital acquisition and onboarding journey
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Credit Cards digital acquisition onboarding journey related projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in this area of specialization
  • Adherence to processes and policies required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking & finance or fin-tech related industries
  • Practical experience of project and technical skills especially in customer onboarding and related flows
  • Knowledge of Card industry and competitor products/services
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication and good stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated project management & negotiation skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
