Job Description:
  • The Usage Program Manager will be responsible for negotiating and executing usage and acquisition offers to drive issuing sales for Citi credit cards in Singapore.
  • The position will require the person to be familiar with the Ecommerce, retail and lifestyle segments in the Singapore consumer market. He/she will be required develop and bring in cards' usage & acquisition offers from these usage merchants, and to deliver the end to end execution of these offers to our cardholders.
  • He/she will required to drive digital partnerships acquisition and to work with merchant partners to drive acquisition on their digital assets. The person shall be responsible for the end to end acquisition flow of this channel.
  • This individual will be managing the relationship of the partner merchants and vendors related the offers negotiated under his/her portfolio, and the corresponding budget.
  • The Usage Program Manager will be required to work with internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance, analytics and marketing to plan and execute campaigns, including campaign fulfillment.
  • As part of digitalization roadmap at Citi, he/she will be managing the merchant-customers targeting & fulfilment platforms and digital channels, and will be required to work closely with the various stakeholders to develop, test and execute the implementation of the platforms and marketing in the digital channels
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years in working experience - in marketing, dining, travel, finance or related segments
  • Numerically strong, strong negotiation and influencing skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under in a fast paced environment
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
