Job Responsibilities
  • Management of the team for 1 )Strategic Business Plannning, 2)Transaction Management, 3)Credit and Credit Control, 4)Compliance, 5)AML and 6) Management of the budget and financial performance including KPI for Trade Finance business of both cooperate and FI customer in APAC region.
  • Leading Strategic Business Plannning of Trade Finance Promotion in APAC region with marketing team. Supporting marketing activities globaly and regionally, especially Prodcut Development, O&D, Digital Trade Finance promotion etc.
  • Leading the management of organization. Organizing or re-organizitng and transformating the Global Trade Finance Department to seek higher and better business performance.
  • Leading Trasanction Management. Managing customer's expectation within the limited time frame. Performing detailed checks including informaton collection on Trade Finance transactions. Controlling and managing the deal execution without accident.
  • Leading the role of Credit and Credit Control. Working jointly with marketing team with respect to deal structuring, preparation of credit proposals and monitoring the clients and transactions. Providing necessary assist to complete the documentation for marketing team. Checking and handling executed agreements such as CP docs, facility letter, guarantee etc.
  • Conducting and following through end-to-end on KYC profiles and Tranaction Screening , and ensuring quality complition for these items in a timely manner, especially for FI accounts in accordance with the Bank's policies as well as with Rgulator's.
  • Managing the departmental internal control, governance, and general compliance matter as the representative of Department in APAC region.
  • Leading the budget and performance control. Mananging the budget and financial performance with evaluation the department's performance including KPI. Capturing and cotroling the department's figures related to the performance such as profit, expense etc communicating and planning with the colleagues and relevant departments in Head Office and APAC region.
  • Performing as Apporver which is to be delegated by Department GM for any internal process.
Job Requirements
  • Experience on establishment and enhancement of business planning, product development and marketing strategy, initiatives in Trade Finance area.
  • Trade Finace business experience and knowldege. Trade Finance deal origination, structuring, documentaion and execution support.
  • Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial information.
  • Team lead and team mangement experience to maximize team performance.
  • Able to work well together with team subordinates, superiors, colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role needs to coordinate and collaborate cross regionally including Businesss Offices and Head Office in Japan.
  • Excellent PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties.
  • Fast and focus worker , willing to help subordinates or colleagues, and shows commitment
  • Able to multitask with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive engagement and involvement as the representative of department for any business planning tasks which is not covered by existing teams job scope.
