Background
IWM Transformation journey will continue into next 3 years and associated IWM Operations changes will need dedicated monitoring and project support. In order to enable scalable Operations support to the growing business, IWM Operations team have reviewed and planned changes to existing Operating Model. IWM Build Committee has set up 20 odd work streams to effectively track business expansion projects. A dedicated work stream has been set up to specifically focus on all Operations related issues aimed at supporting the expansion. IWM Operations Transformation lead will assist in execution of all the changes through 23/24 and beyond. IWM Operations team has worked on a plan to stabilize, improve and optimize its team capabilities. The Operations team has also been working in smaller task teams to identify process, controls and platform improvement opportunities. These ideas will also translate into actionable projects for the transformation lead to manage and help execute.

Responsibilities:
• Continually document the existing process flows for IWM Operational processes through periodic Map & Measure exercise within IWM Operations
• Track manual touch points and pain points in the process working together with Operations Work Stream Leads
• Manage delivery of IWM Operations projects and initiatives and track central inventory of initiatives that IWM Operations is involved in.
• Build business case for automation of manual processes and explore various solutions including tactical small automation projects leveraging own or team tech skills
• Represent the automation ask for IWM Operations team with the IWM Transformation team and continually work for prioritization of automation asks
• Work with IT partners to track utilization of automation budget for IWM Operations and challenge and critically review alternative solutions and IT effort estimates
• Work with IWM Operations Head and team leads to track overall Operations work effort and develop a model to determine work drivers and assist in proactive resource management
• Track productivity targets for IWM Operations and ensure delivery of the productivity gains through re-engineering and automation projects
• Track digital adoption within the team and help drive innovative and paperless processes
• Help drive a culture change within IWM Operations team to embrace continual process improvement mindset and enable transformation champions within the teams
• Help IWM Operations establish a pro active internal stakeholder management framework - manage periodic review meetings with internal stakeholders, collate and present materials
Requirements:
• Min 10 to 15 years' experience in BA or Transformation roles with exposure to Wealth Management products and processes
• Ability to work with a small team and/or in a individual contributor capacity
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence outcomes
• Ability to work with business and other functional partners, understand business context
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and pressure
• Ability to tell the Operations story with use of MS office materials as needed
• Inquisitive, proactive and able to work in fast paced environment
• Track record of being involved in budgets tracking, resource and location strategy
• Ability to deliver tactical small automation initiatives through use of Python, Share Point, Power BI or basic Macros or other automation tools such as RPA is added advantage
