Operations Support Analyst - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide oversight of the off-shore activities, including Investment/Treasury & Insurance processing
• Extensive collaboration with stakeholders, including sales manager, product managers, sales compliance, operations units and technology to define the product roadmap, process controls and system enhancements
• Identifying process improvements/gaps to increase operation efficiency and control effectiveness
• Participate in various system enhancement, COB testing, audits and projects testing & implementation
• Timely reviews of process and procedure on the changes
• MCA testing analyst and coordinator across Core Operations (Core Ops) team, responsible to ensure completeness and timeliness of quarterly review and reporting of Core Ops Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) assessment results to CAO R&C teams and regional control teams.
• Facilitates and responsible for MCA Annual Risk Assessment (ARA) review for Core Ops. Responsible for ongoing rollout and implementation of Core Ops MCA Gold copy.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end operations processes and controls. Ability to recognize potential issues/risks and initiate ideas to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with country, regional & global policies, Citi's Third Party Management (TPM) policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred or at least 3 years of working experience in operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
