About our team
The Campus Recruiting team is the first point of contact for candidates from campuses and we are responsible for attracting and recruiting program interns and full-time graduates into Nomura across the firm in Asia ex-Japan. Our team partners closely with the business and work in collaboration with other HR specialist teams and HR Business Partners to drive and deliver campus recruiting initiatives in the region, primarily Hong Kong and Singapore.
About the role
The role is based in Singapore and you will work with a team of dedicated campus recruiting professionals reporting into Head of Campus Recruiting for Asia ex-Japan. You will partner with our businesses to roll out existing campus recruiting strategies and manage end-to end recruiting processes. You will also work with other team members in planning and managing internship and graduate programs as well as planning and executing campus marketing events. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate campus coordinator who is looking for the next role where you can make a difference by initiating and implementing changes and fresh ideas.
About You
You will be a driven and proactive individual who is excited about change, is able to deal with ambiguity, and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships at all levels. To be successful in this role, you will be a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects. You will be someone who can work both independently and collaboratively. It would be an advantage if you have some prior knowledge on campus recruiting and marketing.
