Job Description:
As a Digital Client Care Manager for digital bank, you will be supporting clients with service focused objectives to support and develop the client relationship primarily through online technologies using digitally collaborative tools such as virtual remote engagement, Live Chat and seamless STP digital solutions.
Focus of this role would be to provide client service and effective solutions to Digital banking clients through processing of instructions and other account maintenance functions. Together in partnership with our other team members and departments, you will also get to learn, test and enable the adoption of technology for journey usage in Digital bank. Maintaining a high standard of service quality and adherence to Citibank's policies, AML and compliance standards is mandatory.

This role is a fundamental part of the frontline delivery and performance. Your success would be based on your ability to deepen your service relationship with clients, better support the Digital Engagement Managers as well as being an excellent team player with your colleagues in the Digital Client Care team.

Qualifications and responsibilities:
Candidate should have at least 3 - 5 years' experience in the role of a Client Service Officer, Operations, Sales or Service Relationship Manager or an Assistant Relationship Manager with the ability to build, service and develop client relationships.

The candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Possess a client-first mindset, friendly and possess a good level of maturity when handling clients and colleagues.
• Be proactive and supportive of the Digital Engagement Managers and IPB Business to grow the franchise and provision of suggested servicing ideas for Digital through to Client obsession council.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma from reputable institutions
• Ability to process client-initiated instructions such as funds transfer; investment subscriptions ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness and robustness in the verification process.
• Ability to provide guidance to move the clients to self - directed servicing via our communication channels to help clients be independent online.
• Demonstrate effectiveness as maker/checker/authorizer measured via operating loss and CSLM.
• Take full ownership for end-to-end processing to ensure clients' instructions have been completed.
• Multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities ensuring sufficient attention and support is provided to the Digital Engagement Manager that you are working with.
