Relationship Manager, Middle Market

Job Responsibilities

Grow and manage a portfolio of SME clients, establishing strong banking relationship and ensuring high standard of credit evaluation
Acquire new accounts, provide sound banking solutions and cross-sell Bank's products and services on top of managing day-to-day account operational matters
Underwrite credit risks by identifying significant risks and mitigating factors
Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilisation rate and profitability as well as timely submission of credit review

Qualifications
Job Requirements

Degree from a recognised university with 5 years of related work experience within the Middle Market space.
Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable to business environment changes and deliver within timelines
Meticulous, self-driven and a team player
