Role Responsibilities
  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions.
  • Participate in both origination and execution of transactions, from the pitch phase through to closing.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance.
  • Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets.
  • Research and analysis of markets and industries.
  • Research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources.
  • Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank.
  • Involved in day-to-day project management and execution support.
  • Complete all required credit and regulatory examinations.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of prior experience in an investment banking / corporate finance role preferred
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills
  • Ability to develop high quality and client-ready presentations / pitchbooks
  • Good financial analysis and financial modelling skills and knowledge of different valuation methodologies
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment.
  • Strong record of achievement in academics and/or summer/full time employment in related fields.
  • High level of passion towards development of a career in PEF, LSS, M&A and Industries.
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail orientated and numerate.
