We are looking for a Treasury Analyst with banking/treasury experience and a strong tech entrepreneur spirit to grow our company's treasury capabilities across cash, FX, derivatives, risk management, credit management, controls and treasury processes. Beyond relevant experience, capacity as a self-starter and the ability to work in a dynamic, global, high-paced environment is key.

Responsibilities
    • Primary responsibility in managing the onboarding of global financial counterparts across banks and other fintech
    • Manage the negotiation, documentation, and contracts with financial counterparts
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with banking and fintech partners globally
    • Collaborate closely with legal, tax, compliance, and finance teams on matters pertaining to bank account management, which includes annual bank account review/KYC, bank account access & setup, delegation of authority, and bank fee negotiations.
    • Oversee the selection and price management of our debit and credit card partners
    • Support the team on daily operational handling of Group cash position, execute fund movement, and appropriately invest excess cash balances for optimized returns
    • Daily monitoring of financial markets and support in the execution of cross-country FX flows with multiple financial counterparts
    • Support the team in credit assessment of counterparty risk
    • Leverage market best practices to bring continuous improvement to the company's treasury operations
    • Develop and implement Treasury policies, procedures, risk management practices and controls
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another business-related field. Advanced-level certifications such as ACCA, FRM, CFA, CPA, or CTP are desirable.
    • Fresh graduates or with up to 2 years of working experience. of related work experience in banking or treasury function of a corporation
    • Understanding in cash management, FX, investment products, credit and financial risk management practices
    • Understanding of traditional banking products and new edge payment methods
    • Keen interest in financial markets, economic news and rapid development of technology in the financial sector
    • Demonstrate independent thinking with strong technological awareness. Inclined towards technological development and use of tech/systems to improve efficiency
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter and positive attitude towards solving problems with a "roll-up sleeve" mindset to get things done
    • Coding skills in VBA, R, Python is a big plus
