We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Global Liquidity Sales, Southeast Asia.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assisting in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Work closely with APAC investment specialist team on new product launches and conducting demand assessment for target client segments.
- Assisting in the communication of new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities and develop these opportunities in liquidity solutions and low-duration fixed income strategies
- Supporting distribution channel business development strategies and work closely with institutional sales team in coverage of key institutional clients for liquidity
- Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank
- Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
- At least 5 years of relevant asset management experience
- Proven track record in sales/business development, institutional sales expansion
- Prior coverage of corporate/FIG sectors in a sales or client-facing role
- Ability and willingness to develop technical knowledge in short-term investment solutions
- Excellent presentation skills, relationship management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Drive and determination to be successful and achieve the ambitious growth targets
