Role Responsibilities
  • The incumbent will work closely with the CCIB Marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing activities and events. This role requires an experienced marketer who can evangelize and educate others in our team about digital channels as well as collaborate across planning, execution, and metrics reporting.
  • In addition, the candidate for this role will be expected to help manage end-to-end event operations and lead promotional activities for events.
  • This is a short-term assignment with a total duration of six months.
Strategy
  • Collaborate with inside sales, sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing activities and content creation to optimize lead generation/nurturing through e-mail, content, events, and social channels.
  • Content development for marketing activities including agenda development through market research, developing themes, creating messaging, and copywriting
  • Provide regular reporting (data, analytics, insights) on the performance of all events, digital marketing activities and content assets, monitor performance based on marketing metrics regarding lead generation, content, website traffic, and other KPIs
  • Deliver and optimize content assets considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Drive new customer acquisition through digital tactics while optimizing funnel conversion rates
  • Manage e-mail marketing campaigns and programs targeting our various customer segments to grow our customer base through acquisition, retention, and behaviour-triggered campaigns
Business
  • Plan events (tradeshows, webcasts, seminars, roundtables) from start to finish
  • Manage end-to-end event operations and lead promotional activities for events
  • Ensure events are completed smoothly and proactively resolve any problems that might occur

  • Ensure alignment with Group guidelines and standards

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in a digital marketing or events-related role
  • Holding a Marketing certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media channels
  • Understanding of digital marketing with competency in web analytics, SEO, SEM, HTML is a plus
  • Exposure in Salesforce, Pardot or marketing automation tools, WordPress and Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Experience with events/webinars management and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with senior stakeholders, team members and partners
  • Excellent writing skills and an interest in fintech/tech solutions
  • Natural self-starter who possesses a strong attention to detail
  • Culturally sensitive and able to operate with stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Ability to work independently and consistently with flexible hours across a globally diverse team environment
