This is a senior-level position, and as the VP of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for institutionalizing the IR process and expanding the LP base. You will have a successful track record in raising funds and experience in the whole life cycle of fund raising.

As the VP of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing investors and expanding the LP base. You will be the primary point of contact for the investors, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Institutionalize the IR process and develop and implement investor communication strategies, including regular updates on fund performance
  • Expand our LP base by identifying new investor opportunities and trends
  • Manage relationships with our existing investors, including university endowment funds, renowned Funds-of-Funds (FoFs), family offices and other institutional investors
  • Be the primary point of contact for our investors, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the investment team to provide investors with timely and accurate information about our funds' performance
  • Organize investor events, such as annual meetings and investor days
  • Conduct market research and analysis to help identify new investor opportunities and trends


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in the venture capital or private equity industry with a successful track record in raising funds
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
