Manager, Credit (Collection)

Responsibilities:

Develop new/revise existing collections policies for unsecured lending and other Personal Financial Services (PFS) products, Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) portfolios
Perform credit risk monitoring on portfolio health & manage delinquency / NPLs / loss rate within target of respective PFS products; liaise with Risk Department / Head Office / relevant departments on Fraud Management
Partner with various stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives to improve collections efficiency and effectiveness
Train and manage collections officers to ensure they achieve their KRAs
Continuous enhancement / process improvement of collection systems to achieve optimal results

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Banking and Finance / Economics / Business Administration or Equivalent
Minimum 8 years of collections management experience in retail banking
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Able to multi task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
